I've been playing around with the editing software on our new Mac a little bit. I really like what it can do. I'm not sure I'm ready to invest in Photoshop until my photography gets a little better. I took this picture in Rothenburg last summer and want to blow it up to put on our wall. Which one do you like?

My vote is for the 2nd but I love bright colors! I have a mac but can't figure out how to edit my photos. Which program are you using? Are you just using the editting portion of iphoto and playing with the brightness, contrast, exposure, etc.?
Yes, Susie exactly, I'm just using the regular editing in iphoto. I have a friend that is a photographer here and you can get a very similar effect as if using Lightroom. One of these days I'll splurge and get the real thing but it's fun to play around with it right now.
I like the 2nd -- the bright colors are fabulous!
