I finally found the time to take the kids to JCPenney to have their pictures taken after many requests from grandparents for updated photos. It was exactly a year ago that I last had them done. Sadly, when Owen was Evie's age he had already had his picture taken (at least by a semi-professional) 5 times and at least twice a year since then until #2 came along. I keep telling myself I'm going to pull it together one of these days. I just hope Evie knows how much we love her despite the infrequent photo shoots. I will say that I look forward to the day when I can spend more on photos and have something really beautiful and artistic done. Anyway, this is what came out of our shoot. I figured it would be easier to post the shots we chose here instead of sending the proofs via email. They actually did a great job smiling for the camera so it wasn't as painful an experience as I was expecting it to be.

So Cute Leah! Evie has grown! Owen too for that matter! 2 IS crazy! I keep wondering when I'm going to pull it together as well.
Owen is such a great big brother and I can't believe how cooperative the two were during their photo shoot. They must be used to having a camera pointing towards them. You must be revved up for Germany. July will be here before you know it! Lovin' the blog!
