While in Utah, we were given our 8 official options for our next move in July. We ranked them and were pleased to be informed a few days later that we are headed to Grafenwoehr, Germany!!! (pronounced Graffen-veer)We were surprised to find that 3 of our choices were in Germany. We were previously told that there would only be one slot for an endodontist in Germany and we knew two other people who wanted it that out-ranked Rand. Of course we put all three German bases as our top 3 and got our second choice. We are so excited to have this opportunity to live abroad and experience a new culture and hopefully a lot of travel. We hope to have plenty of space for visitors willing to make the trip.
We are fortunate to have some friends who have lived in Grafenwoehr recently and are filling us in on the details needed before this big move. We cannot wait to start this awesome adventure!

Wow, I can't even begin to put into writing how jealous we are . . . at least we have a good excuse to come to Europe now!!!
We heard the news through the grapevine a few weeks ago and knew you guys were going to be thrilled. Congratulations! You're going to enjoy it there. We're looking forward to our 2nd trip to Germany to visit my sister this May. Perhaps we'll run into you there on our 3rd trip! Happy planning!

How exciting! I'd love to go again. We were in Schweinfurt last, but I visited hubby while he was in Graf. It was a very nice, big post! Congratulations!
