This is a picture of our empty lot that will have a new house on it soon for us to move into this summer! I know you are intimidated by the vast acreage- believe it or not it is double the size of what we have in our rental. With land at a premium here we are just grateful our 1/4 acre will give our kids enough space to play.
This is the "future park" that will be right across the street (although maybe a couple of years in the future) and is the main reason we chose the lot.
I saw this on my way home from choir practice today- I'm not sure why the moon was so enormous today but it looked really cool and was glad I had my camera with me.

Very exciting stuff! This summer? Wow! I bet that day can't come soon enough! Can't wait to see pictures of it as it goes up. What will the specs be?

Thanks! We are very excited. Susie- it'll be about 5000 sq. ft. with 5 bedrooms, plenty of space to host visitors:) It's a house we plan on being in for a long time. We'll definitely post pictures once things get under way.
